A fine of 45,000 rubles was imposed by a court in Vladikavkaz on local resident Vissarion Aseev under an administrative article discrediting the Russian army.
According to investigators, the man wrote a comment on the social network Facebook, in which he doubted the territorial affiliation of Crimea and stated that it would change. The court ruled that Aseev's comment contained statements discrediting the use of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
