Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. A resident of North Ossetia was fined for doubting the ownership of the Crimea
A fine of 45,000 rubles was imposed by a court in Vladikavkaz on local resident Vissarion Aseev under an administrative article discrediting the Russian army.
According to investigators, the man wrote a comment on the social network Facebook, in which he doubted the territorial affiliation of Crimea and stated that it would change. The court ruled that Aseev's comment contained statements discrediting the use of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
