Chechnya and Ingushetia are ranked 83rd and 84th (13.4 years), Karachay-Cherkessia - 82nd (12 years), Dagestan - 81st (11 years). North Ossetia took 78th place with an indicator of 8.7 years.
The leader of the rating was the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug: its residents will need only two years and three months to save the down payment on their mortgage. Next come the Magadan region, Nenets and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. In most Russian regions, a family of two working people needs to save for a mortgage payment for about six years.
