Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.

Industrial District Court of Vladikavkaz fined local resident Theon Kelehsaev 100 thousand rubles in the case of «discrediting» of the army. She was charged with posts in «VKontakte» and Instagram, in which she «made public calls to prevent the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the CBO». She was also given compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital.
Earlier, on May 20, 2022, she was brought to administrative liability because of a video on Instagram. The court decided that the video «discredits the servicemen and the leadership of the Russian Armed Forces», and imposed a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
