Russia is waiting for a clear reaction and disavowal from Armenia after the leak of information about military-political agreements with the United States and the EU at a meeting in Brussels on April 5. Criticism of the West will not be a reason for Georgia to reconsider its decision to adopt a bill on foreign agents. Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated this at a briefing. There was no argument behind any of these criticisms, he said.

It obliges foreign-funded non-governmental organizations and media to register in a special register and fill out annual declarations.

The Kremlin confirmed the withdrawal of the Russian military contingent from Nagorno-Karabakh, which was there on a peacekeeping mission by agreement between Baku, Yerevan and Moscow. This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

This was stated in a letter from Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Michael O'Flaherty addressed to the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Shalva Papuashvili.
