The Grozny garrison military court sentenced Abdulla Busazhev to two years in a penal colony. He was found guilty under Art. 337 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (unauthorized leaving the place of service during the period of mobilization).

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation put Baysangur Yangulbaev on the federal wanted list. He lives abroad and is the son of Saidi Yangulbaev, a former judge of the Supreme Court of Chechnya, and the brother of Abubakar and Ibragim Yangulbaev, lawyers opposed to the Chechen authorities.

Despite the presence of three minor children and failure to pass the medical examination, many residents of Dagestan were mobilized for the war against Ukraine. Artur Taibov, a resident of Dagestan Derbent, was brought to administrative responsibility for distributing songs of the Chechen bard «Vkontakte» in the social network.

On May 7, the online publication Kavkaz.Realii reported on another fine for distributing extremist materials. Derbent resident Artur Taibov was fined 1 thousand by the court for posting a song by Chechen bard Timur Mutsuraev on social networks.

Lefortovo district court of Moscow arrested Crimean Tatar citizen of Ukraine Leni Umerova in a case of espionage (article 276 CC). She was held for more than five months in Vladikavkaz, from where she was taken to Moscow today.
