Chechnya has the lowest number of corruption crimes

A study by the Center for Political Information found that Dagestan is among the regions with the highest number of civil servants dismissed "for loss of confidence" since 2022 (69). At the same time, Chechnya has one of the lowest rates in the country, with only two dismissals.

Furthermore, the Chechen Republic also leads the way in the lowest number of corruption crimes per 10,000 residents (0.17 cases). Stavropol Krai is among the 15 regions with the highest number of corruption crimes (1.38 per 10,000 residents). Since 2022, 39 civil servants have been dismissed in Stavropol Krai "for loss of confidence."

The highest number of corruption-related crimes per 10,000 residents was identified in Buryatia (8.26), the Altai Republic (7.26), and Adygea (5.15). The highest number of officials dismissed due to loss of trust were in Moscow (86), Dagestan (69), Bashkortostan (61), Krasnodar Krai (62), Krasnoyarsk Krai (60), and Sverdlovsk Oblast (52).
