According to the calculation methodology, a region that is ideal in all respects could receive 100 points. The minimum possible rating score is 1.
The first places in the ranking were expectedly taken by Moscow (89.6 points) and St. Petersburg (86). They are followed by Tatarstan (80.1). The three worst were the Jewish Autonomous Region (12.2), Kalmykia (13.8) and Tyva (15.3).
