According to the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, people realize that Crimea is already a front-line territory, and its liberation should be expected. “We are talking about this and urging them [people] to prepare for various options for the liberation of Crimea, including preparing means in advance to ensure the security of their own, relatives…,” Refat Chubarov said.
