He emphasized that these accusations relied on the rhetoric of Ankara's opponents and spread false information about Turkish arms supplies to Azerbaijan.
A meeting between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Moldova, Ilham Aliyev and Maia Sandu, took place in Copenhagen. Aliyev congratulated Sandu on her party's success in the recent parliamentary elections, emphasizing that they reflected the will of the Moldovan people.
Sandu, in turn, thanked Aliyev and congratulated him on the progress achieved in the peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Washington.
The main topic of discussion was strengthening bilateral relations, particularly in the energy sector, where both sides see significant potential. The Moldovan President noted Baku's important role in ensuring energy security.
As a reminder, the pro-European party PAS (Action and Solidarity) won the parliamentary elections in Moldova on September 28.
