He emphasized that he would only participate in the elections if he received an offer from President Vladimir Putin and popular support.
Ingushetia has become the worst performer in implementing the Russian Government's "road map". The program was adopted in 10 regions with the highest unemployment rate. The republic did not achieve the planned values for three of the eight approved indicators.
The "road map" included measures to increase employment, create new jobs, increase the level of graduate employment, and reduce shadow employment.
Kabardino-Balkaria and the Zabaikalsky Krai did not achieve the planned values for two indicators. Chechnya, Karachay-Cherkessia, and Kalmykia did not achieve one indicator each.
The Russian regions with the highest unemployment rates included Altai, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kalmykia, North Ossetia, Tuva, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, the Chechen Republic, and the Zabaikalsky Krai.
