Ingushetia sent another batch of humanitarian aid to Palestine
An additional 29 tons of food were sent from Ingushetia to residents of the Gaza Strip. This was stated by the head of the region, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov.
The cargo as part of the Russian humanitarian convoy will be transferred to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society. This organization distributes aid to Palestinians.
In total, more than 200 tons of humanitarian aid collected by local residents have already been sent from Ingushetia to Palestine. The republic also hosted 129 internally displaced persons from Palestine.
“It is our human duty to help people who find themselves in difficult life situations. We must make sure that they do not want for anything. And we will continue to help their brothers still remaining in Palestine,” said Kalimatov.
