Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
Kadyrov spoke out against ending the "special military operation"
On the sidelines of a meeting between the presidents of Russia and the UAE, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov spoke out against peace talks with Ukraine and in favor of continuing the "special military operation."
"I believe the war must be brought to an end. Negotiations after so much has been done there... I am against negotiations," Kadyrov said, commenting on the peace talks between Russia and Ukraine.
Last week, trilateral talks between the US, Russia, and Ukraine took place in the Emirates. They will continue on February 1.
