Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. The governor of Stavropol Krai, Vladimir Vladimirov, proposed paying 1.5 million rubles to residents who signed a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry and went to the "SVO". Currently, the payment from the region is 200 thousand rubles.
Vladimirov's press service notes that "the head of the region has urged all interested parties to quickly formalize this initiative in law."
Earlier, the head of Karachay-Cherkessia announced an increase in the one-time regional payment upon signing a contract for the purpose of sending to Ukraine to 1.3 million rubles, and the head of Dagestan - to 500 thousand rubles. In Adygea, the payment amount has increased to 500 thousand rubles.
