Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
A drone was shot down over North Ossetia
On the night of January 7, Russian air defense systems shot down one fixed-wing drone over North Ossetia. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported this on its Telegram channel.
According to the ministry's statement, a total of nine Ukrainian fixed-wing drones were intercepted and destroyed in southern Russia: five over the Black Sea, two over Crimea, and one each in the Krasnodar Krai and North Ossetia. Airports in Gelendzhik, Vladikavkaz, Grozny, and Magas were suspended.
