Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has warned that Russia’s restrictions on Armenian exports are calling into question the future of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), saying the dispute could mark “the beginning of the end” for the Moscow-led bloc if it is not resolved soon.
About 50 servicemen from Dagestan refused to fight against Ukraine
In the occupied part of the Zaporozhye Oblast of Ukraine, about 50 servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces from Dagestan refused to continue participating in hostilities. This is stated in the operational summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the German newspaper Bild.
The report indicates that against the backdrop of successful military operations of the Ukrainian army and due to significant losses of the enemy, cases of desertion in the units of the Russian occupation forces are increasing: soldiers are increasingly voluntarily leaving combat positions. In particular, among those were about 50 ethnic Dagestanis from the Caspian flotilla near the village of Dorozhnyanka, Zaporozhye region.
