On May 11, the 165th day of protests, a rally in support of the controversial US bill – the MEGOBARI Act – took place in Tbilisi. Demonstrators reached the US Embassy, ​​from where they headed to Rustaveli Avenue, the traditional rally site in front of the parliament.

Police detained three residents of the city of Kamenskovo in the Vladimir Region, suspected of participating in a conflict with natives of Ingushetia. According to eyewitnesses and victims, the incident was accompanied by nationalist shouts and insults.

Law enforcement officers detained a suspect in the kidnapping of a 28-year-old guy in Magas. A petition for his arrest will be sent to the court. His accomplices have also been declared wanted.

In pretrial detention, Azerbaijani opposition politician Tofig Yagublu agreed to end his hunger strike on the 40th day at the request of his relatives. During this time, he lost more than 20 kg.

Baku has legitimate expectations from Yerevan. They are related to the exclusion of territorial claims against Azerbaijan from the Constitution of Armenia. This was stated by the country's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

On May 9, in Magas, the capital of Ingushetia, a “point for selecting citizens for military service under a contract” was open. Those who wished were offered to become servicemen of the Russian Defense Ministry, the Ingushetia newspaper reported.

The incident related to the fight in the Vladimir region is under the control of the head of Ingushetia, Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov. This was reported by the senator from the region, Mikail Ilezov.

The draft agreement on peace and the establishment of interstate relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan has been agreed upon and is awaiting signing.
