After a raid on the Kotelnikov mosque, a member of the Russian national team was sent to a military unit

A 19-year-old member of the Russian judo team, Muhammad Negmatov, was sent to serve in a military unit in Naro-Fominsk after a raid by security forces on a mosque in Kotelniki near Moscow. He was persuaded to sign a contract to be sent to SVO, but he refused.

Together with other Muslims, Negmatov was taken to the Lyubertsy military registration and enlistment office. After a formal medical examination, he was assigned to military service. The athlete was born in Tajikistan and has lived in Russia since childhood. He is a multiple winner of Russian judo competitions.

Earlier it was reported that the singer, finalist of the show “Sing a Star” on Channel One, Crimean Tatar Mamut Useinov was sent to military service. He also refused to sign the contract.
