Ramzan Kadyrov's "Direct Line"

Ramzan Kadyrov made a number of loud statements during his annual "direct line". He arrived at the broadcast location in a "trophy" BRADLEY IFV together with Ukrainian prisoners of war. Kadyrov offered one of them "to shoot himself and die as a hero", but he refused the offer.
