Presidents of Georgia and Azerbaijan congratulated Ukraine on Independence Day

President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili congratulated Ukraine on Independence Day. The head of state recorded a video message in English, wishing the Ukrainian people to liberate the country from occupation and restore peace on their land.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev also sent a congratulatory letter on the occasion of Ukraine's Independence Day. In the message, Aliyev noted that in accordance with the UN Charter and the principles of international law, Azerbaijan and Ukraine demonstrate mutual support and solidarity in matters of territorial integrity and sovereignty. He also expressed readiness to make every effort to provide the necessary humanitarian aid and support to the Ukrainian people.
