North Ossetian prosecutor accused of rape asks to go to war

Deputy head of the procedural control department of the North Ossetian prosecutor's office Grigory Avakyan wanted to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense and go to the "SVO". This was reported by "Baza". He had this desire after he raped a colleague and was put under investigation.

The petition of Avakyan's lawyer indicates the procedure for terminating a criminal investigation in connection with the signing of a service contract.

In early July, Avakyan's subordinate accused him of rape. According to the girl, the man slipped her a potent substance and raped her for an hour in the prosecutor's office building. After that, he offered her money to keep quiet. She is against Avakyan going to the "SVO" and believes that in this way the prosecutor wants to avoid criminal liability.
