Putin Arrives in Chechnya

Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Chechnya. At the Grozny airport, he was met by the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, along with members of the regional government and heads of law enforcement agencies.

The last time Vladimir Putin visited Chechnya was in December 2011, when he held the post of Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
