Kadyrov's eldest daughter received a Russian medal and became deputy prime minister of Chechnya

On September 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree awarding state awards to a number of Russian figures. Among them is the daughter of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, Minister of Culture Ayshat Kadyrova. She was awarded the medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the 2nd degree. The decree notes her "services in the development of national culture and art, many years of fruitful creative activity."

A month later, on October 2, the Chairman of the Government of Chechnya Muslim Khuchiev proposed appointing Ayshat Kadyrova as his deputy for the social block. The head of Chechnya predictably supported this idea. In addition, on October 3, her father awarded her the title of People's Artist of the Republic. Thus, in terms of career, Ayshat is not lagging behind her husband Viskhan Matsuev, who began his career in the police, and in the summer also became deputy chairman of the government and minister of agriculture of the republic.

On October 1, Aishat Kadyrova joined the "Coordinating Council for the Implementation of the National Strategy for Action in the Interests of Women for 2023-2030 in the Chechen Republic." Curiously, she became the only woman among the eight members of this council, which included the ministers of labor, education, national policy, health, and sports. The council was headed by Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya Adam Alkhanov, the husband of Kadyrov's second daughter Khadizhat.

Aishat Kadyrova is the eldest daughter of the head of Chechnya, she is 25 years old. At the age of 17, she headed the Firdaws fashion house, founded by her mother Medni Kadyrova. In 2020, she was appointed to the post of first deputy minister of culture of the region, and a year later, at the age of 22, she became minister. On her initiative, Moscow actors and directors were invited to the Chechen theater, the National Museum was reconstructed (now it is again closed for a new reconstruction).

In December 2021, Aishat was awarded the Medal "For the Protection of Human Rights" for her contribution "to the protection of constitutional rights and interests of citizens, the development of social and cultural life" of the republic, "the preservation and popularization of the cultural and historical heritage of the Chechen people." In 2022, she received Chechnya's highest award, the Order of Kadyrov, and in addition the Order of Friendship from the "DPR." At the same time, Aishat Kadyrova was included in the sanctions lists of the United States, the European Union, and Japan. The Firdaws fashion house was also sanctioned. Kadyrov "promotes" his other children as well. In March, his youngest 20-year-old daughter Khutmat became the curator of healthcare in the republic. The middle daughter, Khadizhat, at the age of 20, headed the preschool education department of Grozny. On October 5, 2023, in honor of Grozny Day, her father awarded her the honorary title of "Honored Social Worker." 17-year-old Akhmat Kadyrov is the chairman of the regional branch of the children and youth movement.

A total of 47 (according to other sources - 52) close and distant relatives of the head of the republic are employed in the government of Chechnya. Responding to accusations of clannishness, Ramzan Kadyrov said: "Whoever I trust, I appoint."
