Three capitals of the North Caucasus Federal District entered the TOP-10 Russian cities by quality of life
Grozny, Makhachkala and Vladikavkaz entered the top ten cities of the Russian Federation with the highest quality of life. They took 2nd, 5th and 7th places, respectively, the Financial University under the Government reported.
 
The study is based on the feedback of Russians from large cities. At the same time, various aspects of life were considered, including the availability of housing, the level of medicine, the quality of roads.
 
Vladikavkaz and Grozny were included in the list of cities with the lowest level of destructive behavior and the fewest complaints about the quality of roads.
 
Also in the TOP-10 were Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Sevastopol, Kaluga, Simferopol and Vladimir.
