Группе крымских татар продлили арест

Суд в Симферополе продлил до 4 октября арест четверым крымским татарам. Сантехник Рустем Мустафаев, разнорабочий Абибулла Смедляев, сын политзаключенного Эмир Куртнезиров и повар Мирзали Тажибаев обвиняются в участии в деятельности исламской политической партии «Хизб ут-Тахрир», запрещенной в России, но легальной в Украине и других странах мира. 

«Следователь обосновал продление ареста тем, что следственные действия не окончены, есть ряд мероприятий, которые необходимо провести, — ознакомить обвиняемых с экспертизами, материалами уголовного дела и окончить это уголовное дело», — рассказал адвокат Эдем Семедляев.

Родственники крымских татар ранее утверждали, что при обысках им подбросили запрещенные книги. При этом не были составлены протоколы обысков. Они состоялись 5 февраля 2025 года, когда и были задержаны крымские татары.

По мнению правозащитников, предполагаемых членов «Хизб ут-Тахрир» преследуют не за подготовку государственного переворота и терроризм, а за участие в публичных акциях против политических репрессий в Крыму и критику российских властей.
