A criminal case for bribery has been opened against a judge in Adygea
The High Qualification Collegium of Judges (HQCJ) has approved the initiation of a criminal case for fraud against Adam Voitlev, the chairman of the Shovgenovsky District Court of Adygea.
According to the hearing agenda, Investigative Committee Chairman Alexander Bastrykin submitted submissions to the HQCJ requesting permission to proceed not only against Voitlev but also against five other judges suspected of committing criminal offenses.
