Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.

An Azerbaijani court has sentenced Ramil Aliyev to four years in prison. He was found guilty of participating in illegal armed groups.
Ramil Aliyev, a 34-year-old Azerbaijani citizen, fought against Ukraine as part of the Russian private military company Wagner. Previously convicted in Russia for robbery, he was pardoned and recruited into the PMC, where he served for 181 days, receiving an award "For Bravery in Combat." He was convicted upon his return to Azerbaijan.
