In 35 regions of the Russian Federation began to actively distribute summons for arrival at military commissariats. Among them is Dagestan. This was stated in the human rights group «Agora».

In September 2022 mass protests against «partial mobilization» took place in the north and north-west of Dagestan. Dozens of people were detained. Some of them received probation and actual prison terms.
