A court in Kabardino-Balkaria fined accountant Islam Mambetov 100,000 rubles. He was found guilty of repeatedly discrediting the Russian army.
Police officers found Mambetov's posts on Instagram. In them, he expressed support for Ukraine, called Russia a "bastard state" and wrote about the "collapse of the empire of evil and the Chekists."
In March, for the first time, a court fined Mambetov 30,000 rubles under an administrative article on discrediting the army.
