A teenager detained on suspicion of attacking a school in Odintsovo, Moscow Region, and killing a 10-year-old Tajik boy has confessed and described the preparation and details of the crime. 

During a live broadcast, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov commented on the case of political prisoner Zarema Musayeva—the wife of federal judge Saidi Yangulbayev and mother of opposition activists Abubakar, Ibrahim, and Baysangur Yangulbayev. He claimed the woman was "taken" to Chechnya because her family members "worked on social media." In the event of armed aggression, Azerbaijan and Turkey will provide mutual military assistance. A corresponding memorandum on mutual strengthening of military security is currently being considered by the Azerbaijani parliament.

Russia's participation in the "Trump Route" project (TRIPP) is not under discussion. This was stated by Ruben Rubinyan, Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, commenting on the Russian Foreign Ministry's statement on its readiness to discuss the plan with Yerevan.
