The number of people injured in a large-scale Ukrainian drone attack on the southern Russian city of Volgograd has risen to nine after rescuers recovered the body of a woman from the rubble of a residential building struck overnight on July 31.
Three drones shot down in North Ossetia
Tonight, an attack by three drones was repelled in the Mozdok district of North Ossetia. There were no casualties, said the head of the republic, Sergei Menyailo. The distance from Ukraine to the region is about 1,500 kilometers.
Menyailo reminded that it is prohibited to distribute photos and videos from the drone crash sites.
"Our enemies may use this information for their own purposes in the future! I ask everyone to remain calm and not respond to provocations," Menyailo urged.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces drones first attacked the Mozdok district in June. There is a military airfield there.
