At about 8 o'clock, near the village of Starye Atagi, the Russian military stationed on the territory of the local mill (the 48th brigade) blew up on the side of the road. Not far from this place is a bus stop where a woman and a teenage boy died the day before. There were people standing there this time, fortunately none of them were hurt.

The Russian military used the explosion to stop cars and charge drivers tolls on the road.
