Deputy head of the Dagestan Ministry of Internal Affairs Rufat Ismailov, whose detention became known last Tuesday, was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The deputy head of the investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Dagestan, Dalgat Abdulgapurov, was charged under the same articles.
