On May 9, in Magas, the capital of Ingushetia, a “point for selecting citizens for military service under a contract” was open. Those who wished were offered to become servicemen of the Russian Defense Ministry, the Ingushetia newspaper reported.

In February, the authorities of Ingushetia, represented by the Chairman of the Government Vladimir Slastenin, admitted that over two thousand residents of the region are participating in the “SVO”. They are attracted by a payment of about 800 thousand rubles.
