A resident of Dagestan was given a suspended sentence for calling for non-compliance with the laws of the Russian authorities
The Kirovsky District Court of Makhachkala sentenced local resident Vaisulla Badabiyev to three years of suspended sentence. He was found guilty of participating in an extremist organization.

According to the investigation, Badabiyev was a member of the informal movement "Citizens of the USSR", banned and recognized in Russia as an extremist organization. Supporters of the movement refuse to recognize the constitutional order of the modern Russian Federation, comply with its legislation and obey state authorities. The investigation claimed that
Badabiyev considered the Russian authorities illegitimate, called for non-compliance with laws, and non-payment of utility bills.
