Crimean Tatar human rights activist Server Mustafayev was transferred to strict conditions of detention in a colony in the Tambov region. He was also registered as “prone to terrorism and extremism.” Due to changes in detention conditions, the man cannot continue his studies at the Faculty of Law, but continues to help his cellmates as a human rights activist.
