The Georgian Parliament has expeditiously passed a bill in its third and final reading requiring organizers of protests in "places where people gather or where vehicles are moving" (including on sidewalks) to notify the police. The responsible person must contact the Patrol Service Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (located at the location of the demonstration) in writing no later than five days before the rally.
Ingushetia Attacked by Drones
For the first time in several months, Ingushetia was attacked by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Two drones crashed in the republic's Malgobek District.
The incident resulted in no casualties or damage. One drone was discovered near a gas station near the village of Achaluki, and the second in a field near the village of Zyazikov-Yurt.
UAV attacks in the North Caucasus have become more frequent in recent days. Earlier, strikes were reported in Grozny and Achkhoy-Martan in Chechnya. In July, a drone crashed into a residential building in Ingushetia, injuring four people, including three children.
