On the eve of the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an international arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. The decision was supported by the countries of Europe, the USA and Ukraine. 123 States may arrest Putin, as they have ratified the Rome Statute and are parties to the International Criminal Court. The Court is now in force.

The Caspian court of Dagestan fined 30 thousand rubles of Kurban Abakarov. According to the investigation, he spoke unfavorably to the Russian army, authorities and the President of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by his wife Aisha Mutaeva. According to the woman, the consideration of the Visaev case was transferred to the 1st Khabarovsk District Military Court. This will make it more difficult for the family to pay for the lawyers' tickets.
