Ingushetia and other regions of the North Caucasus have the lowest personal income levels in Russia. In the RIA Novosti rating, Ingushetia ranked 85th, with a per capita income to cost ratio of 1.20 and a per capita income of 26,800 rubles per month, the lowest in the country.
The lowest average accrued salaries in the Russian Federation were recorded in Ingushetia (36 thousand rubles) and Chechnya (37 thousand rubles). Rosstat reported this. We are talking about income without deduction of income tax and insurance premiums.
The highest accrued salaries were found in the Chukotka (158 thousand rubles per month) and Yamalo-Nenets (145 thousand rubles) autonomous districts, as well as in Moscow (136 thousand rubles). Thus, income inequality between regions is about 4.4 times.
In February it was reported that in the North Caucasus Federal District, wages offered by employers increased by 25%. Employers in Chechnya (45.7 thousand) and Dagestan (45.5 thousand) are potentially willing to pay the highest salaries in the district. Next in decreasing order are Stavropol region (31.8 thousand), Karachay-Cherkessia (39.9 thousand), Ingushetia (39.4 thousand), Kabardino-Balkaria (37.2 thousand) and North Ossetia (36.8 thousand) .
