A fine of 5,000 rubles was imposed by the Kizilyurt City Court of Dagestan on a local resident, Rukiyat Kurbanova. She was found guilty of inciting hatred and enmity towards government officials because of comments on Instagram. According to her, the security forces killed her son. The woman left comments on the social network two years ago, but they were discovered and a case was opened. She called the security forces "shaitans" and "devils"
In court, the pensioner claimed that in 2015 the police killed her son. This tragic event caused her anger at law enforcement officers.
