Residents of Dagestan sentenced to a colony for protesting against mobilization
For a year and a half, the colony was given to Adam Hajiyev for participating in protests in Dagestan against mobilization for the war with Ukraine. He was accused of using unnecessary violence against a government official.
Hajiyev participated in a rally against mobilization on September 25-26 in Makhachkala. Of the participants, 259 reports were drawn up and about 30 criminal cases were initiated.
This is the fifth sentence in this case. In two cases, the court issued a suspended sentence, and in the other two it imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles.
