Karachay-Cherkessia and Chechnya took fourth and eighth places in the ranking of the worst condition of urban roads, of which 33% and 30%, respectively, are of unsatisfactory quality in the republics. This is reported by the Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor).

The average salary of a social worker in Russia is 44,000 rubles, according to Rosstat. The lowest salaries were recorded in the North Caucasus.

In the context of the closure of European borders and the rise in price of foreign tourism, the republics of the North Caucasus are in the TOP-5 for booking rooms for the summer. This was reported by the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).

The most highly paid types of economic activity in the North Caucasus Federal District are public administration and military security. In particular, the highest salaries in these areas are in Chechnya (56,300 rubles), according to Severo-Kavkazstat.

Apartments on the secondary market up to 32 sq. m continue to rise in price almost throughout the Russian Federation. Since the beginning of the year, the price of square meters has grown most noticeably in Magnitogorsk (+16.1%), Chelyabinsk (+15.8%), Novokuznetsk (+13.6%), Makhachkala (+13.4%), Kemerovo (+ 11%) and Vladikavkaz (+10.8%).

Residents of the North Caucasus have taken loans, including mortgages, for 828 billion rubles. This is a record figure since 2010, according to the Central Bank.
