Премьер-министр Армении Никол Пашинян, комментируя недавние высказывания зампреда Совета безопасности России Дмитрия Медведева о том, что Армения может превратиться в «новую Украину», заявил:

 

«Что значит — Армения окажется перед подобной угрозой? Армения уже находилась перед такой угрозой и была в подобной ситуации, когда в сентябре 2022 года, в частности, ОДКБ не выполнила свои союзнические обязательства перед Республикой Армения».
