Armenia is trying to sit on two chairs and is taking steps that ignore the interests of Russia. This was stated by the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Zakharova.

The CSTO has not responded to numerous statements about threats to the security of Armenia. Now Yerevan is diversifying its security relations, looking for new partners, new arms suppliers. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in the country's parliament.

On September 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree awarding state awards to a number of Russian figures. Among them is the daughter of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, Minister of Culture Ayshat Kadyrova. She was awarded the medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the 2nd degree. The decree notes her "services in the development of national culture and art, many years of fruitful creative activity."
