As of the end of March 2025, the volume of multi-apartment housing under construction in the North Caucasus Federal District increased by 26% over the year. The figure amounted to 4.3 million sq. m. At the same time, in Russia as a whole, it increased by 6% - to 114.8 million sq. m. This was reported by Ekaterina Vlasova, Deputy Head of the DOM.RF Analytical Center.
