During the construction of 49% of apartment buildings in Dagestan, various technological violations and the use of low-quality materials take place. In Dagestan, the share of overdue debt on loans of companies and enterprises is 41.8%. The situation is worse only in the Nenets Autonomous District (76.18%), according to the agency "RIA Rating".
