Georgian citizens Mamuka Gatsrelia, Georgy Chubetidze, and Georgy Goglizde, persecuted by Russia for serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, have been recognized as political prisoners. This statement was made by the independent human rights project "Memorial".
