Despite the delay in service due to the presence of three minor children, Ramaz Magomedov, a resident of Derbent, is being held in Ukraine. He was mobilized in November 2022 and sent to the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhya region.

The Southern Military Court in Rostov-on-Don will not exclude from the case file the confession of the accused to the head of the charity fund «Ansar» Abubakar Rizvanov, which he gave under torture. On April 7, 23-year-old Yuri T., wanted by Moscow law enforcement agencies on charges of desertion, was detained and taken to the police station in Yerevan. As a preventive measure in Armenia, military surveillance was chosen for him; the prosecutor's office and the initiators of the search were informed about the discovery of the wanted man.

Following a complaint by the Human Rights League and the relatives of the victim, the court initiated proceedings regarding the illegal expulsion of the Chechen refugee Magomed Gadaev from France to the Russian Federation. The defendants are the head of the French Ministry of Internal Affairs and a number of officials. 
According to the complainants, such deportations were contrary to international law and resulted in three convictions by the ECtHR in 2022.

Ament Suleimanov, a civilian journalist from Crimea sentenced to 12 years of age, was taken into custody after house arrest. Because of many diseases, the presence of the Crimean Tatar in the colony threatens him with death.

FSB officers detained Abdullaliyim Dzhumamishiev, a resident of the HRC. He is accused of attacking a column of Russian equipment near the village of Chervenna, Shelkovsky District of Chechnya, as part of the field detachments of Shamil Basayev and Khattab during the second Russian-Chechen war, namely in 1999.

Makhachkala court found Muhammad Zubagirov guilty of not reporting a crime and fined him 30 thousand rubles. Since March 2022, after being deported from Poland, the man has been under arrest. 

The police detained Azerbaijani national Vahid Javadla. Earlier, during a road incident in Petersburg, he spoke negatively about the war in Ukraine, naming Christians and Russians «finished fascists». 

After the incident, Vahid was detained, but he resisted and managed to escape from the traffic police. The man was prosecuted for violence against a public official.
