The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court regularly rejects applications by the defence to transfer Apti Visaev, a native of Chechnya, from the pre-trial detention facility to house arrest. This was reported by his wife Aisha Mutaeva. According to the woman, the consideration of the Visaev case was transferred to the 1st Khabarovsk District Military Court. This will make it more difficult for the family to pay for the lawyers' tickets.
