The RIA Rating agency has published the final socio-economic rating of Russian regions for 2023. Ingushetia took 83rd place, ahead of only Tyva and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

During the period from October to November, annual inflation in Dagestan accelerated from 8.5% to 9.4%. This is higher than the level for the North Caucasus Federal District (8.3%) and for Russia as a whole (7.4%), reports the branch of the Southern Main Directorate of the Central Bank.

In the primary housing market, the largest growth in the Russian Federation since the beginning of the year occurred in Makhachkala - by 107%. This was reported by World of Apartments analysts.

In the Russian Federation, the share of families that are able to buy and own a new inexpensive car on credit is 18.9%. However, in the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District there are much fewer of them, noted RIA Novosti.

In 2022 alone, about 110 thousand people left the Russian Federation for Armenia. Russians consume local goods and services, which has provided Armenia with economic growth in key sectors, the local Central Bank and analytical services noted.

RIA Novosti published a rating of regions based on the ability of Russians to save for a down payment to obtain a mortgage. It is 30% of the cost of a typical sixty-meter apartment for a family of two working adults with the average salary in the region and a child.

Over 9 months, among the regions of the Russian Federation, the tourist flow has grown most significantly in Chechnya (by 103%), Dagestan (by 85%), Karachay-Cherkessia (by 72%) and North Ossetia (by 52%).

The regions of the North Caucasian Federal District took the last places in the ranking of ultra-high salaries - over 1 million rubles per month. Only 78 people there receive these.

Over the 11 months of 2023, Russians purchased 5,784 apartments in Georgia, which is 360 more than in the entire last year. Deputy Minister of Finance of Georgia Georgiy Kakauridze said in parliament that he does not see a problem or threat in the fact that Russians are buying real estate in the country.

According to Rosstat, the average cost of a liter of gasoline in Dagestan by the end of November was 59.2 rubles. This is the highest price in the North Caucasus. At the same time, fuel turned out to be the most affordable in North Ossetia - 54.2 rubles per liter.
