The Financial Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation published the results of the annual assessment of the regions of the country by the level of budgetary openness.

Only in North Ossetia was the housing ratio slightly higher than the Russian one, at 28.2 sq. m per person. This is reported by Rosstat. In other regions of the district the situation is unsatisfactory. Chechnya and Ingushetia - in outsiders with indicators of 20.8 and 16.1 sq. m, respectively

Apartments on the secondary market of Russia for the year rose by 8%, according to Rosstat. The cost of 1 square meter. meter on average for the country was 91 thousand rubles. 
The most expensive «meter» - in Moscow (304 thousand rubles), Krasnodar region (177 thousand rubles) and Saint Petersburg (174 thousand). The cheapest «secondary» - in Ingushetia (45 thousand rubles), Kurgan region (52 thousand) and Kabardino-Balkaria (54 thousand).

During the year in the Russian regions the land has become more expensive in Dagestan, Tatarstan and Stavropol region. 
According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, the average cost of land in Dagestan was 1 million rubles, which is 53.8% more than a year earlier. This is stated in the study of the platform «Avito Realty».

The highest price of gasoline of the 92nd grade in the Russian Federal District was found in Chechnya - an average of 50 rubles per liter.

In 2022, wages in Ingushetia and Dagestan fell by 13% and 12% respectively compared to 2021. These regions have become leaders in the downward dynamics according to Rosstat. Kabardino-Balkaria and Chechnya (-5%) were also among the top 10 regions in terms of falling wages.

The average mortgage rate in Chechnya is 11.1%, in Karachay-Cherkessia - 9.6%. This is the highest rate in the country according to the Central Bank. The rate is also high in Ingushetia - 9.6%. The indicators are above the average - in North Ossetia and Kabardino-Balkaria (8.8%), Dagestan (8.7%). The lowest average mortgage interest in southern Russia is in Krasnodar Krai (6.4%) and Adygea (6.5%).

In Chechnya, between January and March 2023, 47% less housing was put into operation than in the same period of the previous year. In Ingushetia, the collapse amounted to 33%, as reported by the Rosstat Department for SFD.
In general, in the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District in January-March this year, 12.5% less housing was put into operation than in the same period of 2022.

In March, 223.6 million dollars were transferred from Russia to Georgia. This is 728% more than in the same month of 2022. Funds from Russia account for 51 per cent of total remittances. 

Among the post-Soviet countries, the highest average pension is in Azerbaijan. It is 249 dollars per month.

The top 3 also included Kazakhstan (244 dollars) and Russia (238 dollars). Armenia and Georgia took 7th and 8th places. On the last, 11th place - Tajikistan.
